POSTAGE GUIDE:

Our post is collected from us by Royal Mail on WEEKDAYS ONLY (mon- Fri) each day at 1pm.

We Must have received images (with no issues) before this time in order to post out the same day.

We DON’T have any weekend posting .. If Any images are received after 1pm on Fridays then this would not be posted until the following Monday.

Its important you keep in regular contact with us through messaging service in which you placed your order as we may need to contact you regarding your order or image if any issues arise before posting.

(it could delay things if we don’t have replies from you)

 

The orders estimated delivery time displayed  is ONLY estimated based on us posting at the time of purchase,

-Not receiving images or reply’s to messages could delay this.

 

Estimated delivery times are NOT a guaranteed delivery time by royal mail (Estimated) it could take longer if delays happen in the post. (estimated at the time of purchase as long as we receive the image with no issues)

 

Its recommended that orders are placed well in advance… allowing at least 5 working days for delivery.

 

A special delivery option is available on check out when ordering at 7.25 which would guarantee delivery
