Due to the personalised and custom nature of edible image's we do not accept returns, Unless in the un-Likely event that our products are damaged or incorrectly printed in any way.

Our toppers are sent out first class with royal mail, Although aim for delivery within 2 days, this is not a Guaranteed service and as such we will not accept return of icing images that don't arrive in a given time by Royal Mail (10working days)
a guaranteed next day delivery option is available to purchase on checkout.. if needed.
it is buyers responsibility to order within plenty of time given the information above.
